Returning an Online Order
Student Uniforms wants you and your child to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.

What is eligible for an exchange?

You can exchange any apparel that's in it's original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective.
All sales are final. Student Uniforms Inc. clothing items can be exchanged only no refunds excepted.
Exchanges with Proof of Purchase for up to 30 days after purchase date.
Exchanges are accepted for incorrect sizing and apply to manufacture defects upon further review.
You can exchange items by mail.

*Customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanged apparel.

Exchanging apparel by mail:

Mail your apparel(s) to the following address:

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:
1. Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for exchange on your invoice.
3. Pack and seal your exchange securely, in the original package (if possible), and include the completed invoice.


Return your Navy & White apparel using the same return process as above, and order your new Navy & White apparel at the same time by ordering online. You will have to ship the exchanged apparel back to Student Uniforms Inc. We will bill your credit card for the new apparel and process your credit for returned apparel as soon as we receive it.
